How much does it cost to ship an item?
To advertise orders on the Marketplace, businesses set a maximum budget to be paid with a base price and other variables (rain bonus, additional kilometres, high demand, etc.). The delivery person does the same with complete freedom and without any limits. When there is a ‘match’ between both parties, the order is delivered.
My advertisement or order cannot find an available delivery person. What should I do?
Catcher is the platform where all available delivery options can be found. If an advertisement does not receive a response from a delivery driver within a few minutes of being posted, you can define how many minutes, and we can automatically connect with the fleet of your choice to make an automatic request for a delivery driver for your order.
Is Catcher an aggregator like Glovo, UberEats, JustEat...?
No, Catcher is nothing like these aggregators. It is a meeting point for delivery drivers and businesses, without intermediaries. Catcher is responsible for developing and maintaining the platform that makes this meeting possible in the most neutral, independent and efficient way for both parties, as well as providing a service for technical queries or incident resolution, acting as an arbitrator in the event of discrepancies between delivery drivers and businesses (through the CRI, Incident Review Centre).
At Catcher, delivery drivers set their own prices and are paid directly by the restaurants for their services.
Does Catcher assign orders to me?
No, Catcher is an advertising portal that connects restaurants with delivery drivers, without intermediaries!
Catcher shows you all the ads for orders from businesses that are willing to pay the price you ask for your service and fit your settings. You decide whether you want to accept them or not.
If your delivery settings (vehicle, price, distance, etc.) match those published by the business in their advert, and you are the first to send your offer, the order is yours.
Who invoices and how often do I get paid for my services?
As a Catcher user, you have access to an automatic invoicing module that allows your customers to download your invoices without you having to send them, and allows you to manage and control your invoicing at all times. You can also download them quickly from the APP.
If there are no issues with the service, you can withdraw your earnings 48 hours after they have been made if you have a premium subscription. Otherwise, payments are made approximately every 15 days (bank transfers can take 48 to 72 hours depending on the bank).
